Karen thank you for a timely perspective. We are condemned by our refusal to go within, where spirituality exist. We seek an external simutlant
to our self-consciousness, often in the form of humans. Tiger as we well know was human, a leader must be defined by with human charateristics, if not,
who shall lead?

Bravo! This hits a dozen nails straight on their collective heads. If we want the perfect role model, we should look to someone like Jesus, God…someone incapable of commiting a sin.

That would leave all of us, as humans, out of the picture. And yes, look to our own examples rather than expecting extraordinary and perfect behavior out of those other mortals who happen to have been given, and honed, and extraordinary talent.

Whatever shows on the outside of a true leader or whatever goes into the creation of leadership stems from the inside. My guess is, as with many things, it is that old formula of part nature and part nurture.

The best form of leadership comes by example, hence Mother Teresa. She led and created leadership by example.
